Haha - I only flew SouthWest once when we went to Miami when Isabella was 3 months old. On the way there it was fine (we flew in and out of Fort lauderdale) on the way back there was no regular line - just a preboarding line made up entirely of ederly people in wheelchairs or walkers. It was Spring and all the snowbirds were coming back to NY.

does anyone know what the actual allowed weight is per suitcase- I'm not worried for me, but i want to make sure SIL isn't going over with all she is packing.

Definitely is 50 pounds.

Suitcase limit is 50lbs and beware, sometimes we think we have it no problem and it's waaay off! we've had to switch stuff around at the last minute AND still pay so beware!!

My mom has gotten to the point where she weighs her suitcases before she leaves on every trip due to how strict Southwest can be about heavy suitcases.

Perfume from the World showcase. Yes I know I could get it here but everything is more special when it comes from DISNEY WORLD! I really need a new scent. I am thinking Acqua di Parma or Chanels Coco Mademoiselle.

He also said he wants to get Pal Mickey a safari outfit. Dork!!

I want to get her a princess Minnie from the store at Toontown Fair.
I was also thinking about a My Disney girl doll. She will end up with a TON of stuff I'm sure

that all sounds great- i hadn't really even thought about all the shopping! i'll make sure DH doesnt see this part of the thread

Sorry to go OT and snatch the thread. I have just made a reservation for the Illuminations cruise for the EPCOT fireworks on May 15th at 8:30pm. The boat leaves the marina at Yacht club and we would be meeting at the marina at 8pm. We are party of 5 adults and we have spaces for 5 people. $30pp including tips.

It is summer time in May in Santa Monica. It is about 90 now, just beautiful.

Last night we had a very warm night, I think it was about 78 at 8:30 pm.

I took my oldest son shopping last night down at the 3rd Street Promenade and got him squared away on clothes. He wanted new skinny jeans (he has a 28 waist!) some t-shirts and one dress shirt. He also picked up the new Chevy Chase autobiography to read on the plane.

I am going to start packing the suitcases tonight! AWESOME!
