please can we agree to go to bed now???I have some tv to watch in peace, but darn it if I don't keep looking out of the corner of my eye to see what one of you comes up with next :happytv:

I love What Not to Wear. But when you all see me on the cruise, you'll be thinking "that girl hasn't learned anything from that show." :happytv: Of course, if someone would give me a $5,000 Visa card, then I might be looking a bit more fashionable.

I admire those who look fabulous every night. There was a girl, Brandi, on our last cruise who looked fabulous every time I saw her!!!

I am not that girl. I want a t-shirt and a pair of cotton shorts. That's it. I am forced to wear pants at night, but I don't want to. They would throw all my stuff away if they saw my vacation clothes. Slobs r us.

It is a two parter, shhhh!

copy the ship graphic and save to photo site, post the img as normal then generate a slim line ticker, here http://v50.net/cdgenerator.php, insert on next line from the ship graphic, have fun with colour choices on the ticker.

Pj, thanks to you now I have a signature!!! Thanks again.

It will be easier to catch up if I don´t have to sign my name every time I reply to a post.

Ah, but not with a Canadian issued CC. Darn computers catch me everytime, lol.

Yeah, I know, whenever a website won´t let me use my mexican credit card, my friend will buy whatever I wanted and I will deposit it to her American Express card. We have been friends since we were 8 years old, so she has no issues with me having her credit card number.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself. I'll be joining the Thieves and am really excited about it.

I'm 57, retired about a year, formerly an elementary school teacher/reading specialist for 35 years. Formerly married, but single now for a long time. No kids, but have a niece and 6 nephews, plus 2 great-nieces, 2 great-nephews and 2 unknowns due this August. One of the things I'm enjoying in retirement is spending time with my 2 sisters and their families (we all live in AZ).:grouphug:

I've been on 3 Disney cruises (in '04, '05 and '06), all on the Magic. I've done the eastern, western, and Mexico. I'm an annual passholder for Disneyland (another thing I've been enjoying in retirement!) and have never been to WDW. I'm thinking that a few days there before the cruise might be good (if not sooner).

I'll be traveling solo, Cat. 10, room 7007, late dining. I've been glad to see that there are other solo women travelers, but everyone sounds so friendly I know I'll have a great time!:goodvibes

As you can see, I don't do a lot of posting, but I read the boards a lot and have kept up with this thread--don't know how you working people do it!;)

I really appreciate all the work that people have already gone to with website, logo designs, groups, etc. I admit I'm a little intimidated by all the chatter and that so many of you already know each other, but I'm looking forward to feeling more a part of the group as time goes on!

One last thing...I'm a scuba diver (hence NotSoLittleMermaid). Is anyone else?:fish:

Sleep tight everyone. My condolences to those who have to work tomorrow!:rolleyes1

Welcome fellow Zonie! My sister, TiggersPal, is going on this cruise also and is planning on getting her scuba certification by cruise time. As she has instructed me to monitor the thread and advise her of important pieces of information, I'll tell her to be sure and touch base with you!

Had a lovely pizza dinner with Woody73 and his DW, who are also cruising with us all. Now that my DBil has finally met some 'crazy Disney cruisers' and realizes that they are normal, delightful people, he won't be as aprehensive about the cruise. He'll get to meet clynne and the kids this weekend too. I KNOW Miss C and the kids will impress him!!

Bedtime for me too. In just a few hours the UK contigent will be up and checking in.

HI TO EVERYONE ACROSS THE POND! HAPPY MONDAY!

Hi Cheri,
Welcome. Don't be intimidated. I didn't know anyone. I just jumped in. Feel free to also.

Kari...have you put on your parka, yet? (It's 82 here right now! Freakishly warm for February!!)

Keep warm all the rest of you...geez 3 degrees! Thought it was a typo at first...

Carolyn

Carolyn-could ya believe how warm it was here today? It's *almost* embarrassing to say it was that hot!?! Weird....

Once it is far enough along, a week or so, I will send by pm the url, sign-in and password to each person on the roll call. If at anytime we, the group, feel the need to change the password it will be an easy process to change and notify all.

PJ

PJ-this is a great idea and thank you for doing it!!:thumbsup2

We've been to the Christmas Party 2x and the Halloween party once. We were disappointed with the Christmas Party this year (as compared with 2004), but it didn't help that it was pouring rain for most of the night, including the parade. I LOVED the idea of pirates and princesses, but since we just went to WDW in mid-December, we couldn't swing another trip so soon.

We loved the Very Merry Christmas Party, but it was our first so we had nothing to compare it to. We had most of the park to oursleves as we were there the week before Christmas and the weather was awesome!

The fireworks were captivating! We stayed at the Beach Club Villas and also got to watch a preview of the New Year's Fireworks at 12:30 am, it was also totally awesome!!

Somebody needs to slap me! I made the mistake of looking at the weather again. Yes, I'm obsessed, but it's TOO darn cold not to be! -3 now, supposed to get down to -8. The good thing is that if my car doesn't start in the morning, that's a pretty good excuse to have to call in and miss work! My poor little car has never seen below 0 temps, so I'll be surprised if it starts up.

Now, cranking the furnace even higher and getting my brain back to the sunny and warm Caribbean!!! :beach:

You will be asleep as I reply to this, but it is forecast to be 67 degrees tomorrow!

And... my DH is also the chef and made the best baby back ribs for super bowl today!

Also, I really am the Queen of Everything, and my DD (almost 12) the Princess of Quite A Lot, here East of San Francisco!

OK, I'm done bragging, just wish I had a magic wand to clean up my house for me. The Chef cooks but doesn't clean!
