Ha! I just did the lighting for this show a couple of summers ago. After hearing it over 2 months and 10 performances... it makes me twitch :lmao:

ok that's kinda like I'm funny....right???

But didn't ya just love Nanette, she is the girl you love to hate to love to hate :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

wish I could fit into my tshirt still...it was from the musical here while I was in college, that 20s girl is gone :sad2:

On looking at the ordering details on one page you have the option of having a 'special title' (40 characters). What is this?

How much did it end up costing with mailing over there?

Marilyn, pm me if you want one, I'm ordering in the next few days, I can bring it with the shirt ;) which should be arriving soon I expect....must be with the SR #s

Someone was asking about activities with the adults at the pool during the cruise. I was just on my photobucket account and saw this and thought I would share. I'm sure we have some guys who would love to participate!

Now there is the irony....it was Moises Alou that was involved....and ex-Expo

we will not mention how he toughens the skin on his hands :scared1:

that is starting to sound a little gross :scared1:

bury the axe eh?

This is HOCKEY country......as evidenced by our almost complete lack of baseball teams here.....(sorry PJ......the Blew Jays have not cut it since 1992)

I didn't say where did I (oh ya I did in the sand, well it is not sticking there :lmao: )

We have a little team here that knows some hockey too, have you heard of them CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP...not that I know how they are this season, just that one good season, when my boss had a box suite, it was sweet!

Thanks Nan. I will email the company to make sure it is possible to order and pay here and send there. Not always an option.

That is a hoot!!!

Luckily, one of our tablemates has some of the same allergies as my daughter. On our last cruise she rarely came to dinner, but our waitstaff was awesome. Fully preparred for her in case she decided to join us. I need to get a new epi pen..and I always carry benedryl so if anyone needs any..you know where to find it!
Tays been getting hives the last 3 nights...I had my neighbor check the trees..she's allergic to olive trees a mainstaple in california..but we have none in the area. Then last night she came home with them, took a benedryl and told me she didn't want dinner yet (she was still playing) cause she just had a snack...my AHA moment. She was eating nutri grain bars at the neighbors house...duh..they have soy, which she is allergic too. So no more eating those. What a dork!

Our daughter is allergic to nuts. We have to watch really carefully and we have the epi pen also, however now that she is a teenager, it is really much easier since she can tell herself. Lucky for us, she immediately gets sick and her system kicks it right back out.

Which brings me to this little story....we were on a Delta Flight and the flight attendant came on and said that they had a child allergic to nuts on the plane so they were asking the 2 rows in front of the child and the 2 rows behind the child to not eat nuts during the flight. There were some pretty pi**ed off passengers.

Funniest part of the story. The kids were all the way in like the 3rd to the last row of the flight, and their parents were sitting in First Class. I think that is what really upset people more than anything, about their "lack" of concern. If they were really that worried, maybe they should have been sitting with their child.....

Anyway, we can now start the debate of whether airlines should or should not serve nuts on flights....:confused3

Wilson and I are going to be best buds.....turtle lovers unite!!!:lmao:

I got him a new crush tshirt from Dland, he worn it to school the next day. he loves him some turtles. I figure you two will be sharing with each other the turtles you each buy at every port too.

He has an old sweatshirt that says Wil Dude, it's so cute but almost (ok already) too small but I can't let it go, and he still wears it...

Did I mention that I have my door magnets all over my fridge at home?

I think aircraft must be one of the worst places to have a dangerous allergic reaction so I would say no nuts. There are plenty of other savoury snacks that can be given in their place.
