I wish I could get antibiotics to take with me, just in case. But in the UK it's difficult enough to get them when you are ill. No way will they prescribe them when you're not ill!

On our first cruise I was ill and knew I needed antibiotics. If I'd had some, I could've simply taken them. But instead I had to pay $100 for the onboard doctor to tell me I needed them, plus the cost of the antibiotics he prescribed of course.

I guess I am lucky , my doc will pretty much give me anything. No hard core drugs, but if I explain the circumstances, he's usually understanding.

We can't get antibiotics prescribed here to take with us either. And I don't think our Dr. would write prescriptions for them for us to take with us either. I do think he would call on the phone to prescribe them. But we actually haven't been sick onthe cruise yet.

Well on the cruise last time when I was sick...It was $100 to see the doctor Another mom was sick too with the same cold...she gave it to me...and she did break down and go to the on board doc...spent about $500 with medicine....uh, no way. Thank you georgia pharmacists on our trip....you saved my butt!

all that worry about my car payment and BAM, I check Bank of America today and it has cleared.

I live about 20 minutes away but we are staying in Huntington Beach this weekend. But it is 20 minutes from there as well. Are you going to DL every day?

Been on Ebay and marked a few skirts to watch.

My ebay says I have won 29 auctions this past week! I am watching 55 and currently bidding on 19! Now it may sound like I have a problem but really I buy a lot of stuff online that I would buy in person but can't find. I am bidding on a bunch of OPI polish as it is hard to find some colors and a ton of fabric for the kids since I am having things made for the cruise.

Had Veuve Clicquot Champagne over the holidays. Exquisite!

Yes, Veuve Clicquot is my favorite - and the rose was amazing. My second two favorites are Piper Heidsick and J.

DH and I went to BevMo last night to see if they had VC Rose and I was so surprised at the selection they had. We not only got VC in Rose, but also got Piper and J!! So we ended up buying four bottles to take on the cruise with us. We also asked the guy that was working there, just for the heck of it, if they shipped. He asked where we were shipping to and when we told him the Hyatt at MCO, he immeidately said we can't ship alcohol to Orlando. Something about how you can only ship alcohol to certain states unless you don't declare it. He said they follow the regulation and don't ship there, but you could ship it yourself and not say on the box what it was. Interesting . . .

We have had this problem with wineries. The other thing is that someone over 21 has to sign off on it so it would be weird to send it. I will tell you that if I had four bottles of champagne, it wouldn't make it until the cruise. I'll be shopping on the 7th.

Even if it's not on their website, it doesn't mean that they don't have it or won't get it. You should try to email them on their site and ask for it. I'm sure they'll get back to you with a reasonable response. Don't forget to mention the DIS.

Airlines normally don't allow check-in until 4 hours before your flight - some have an even shorter check-in time frame.

united allowes on-line check-in 24 prior un-sure of anyone else!!
