I got my passport today! And the passport site says its still processing! So the girls should be along next and then Johnny's!

Gourmet meal tonight - the girls are eating grilled ham and cheese with a fruit bowl of cantelope, grapes and honeydew...their choice though! John is closing so I am making london broil, asparagus, etc for later when he gets home.

Caught up and ready to do some Easter Basket shopping. Let's hope I can check in tomorrow morning.

And thanks for the note on the Disney Transportation to LAX whoever posted it ---- my reply was lost...I did not realize you needed to book - so that will be a call to make tomorrow...

See - Dis knows all....

I think we really need to meet up on deck 10, port side with the size group we have, unless we have bad weather. Above the Goofy Pool, midship seems to work really well at that time and then we disburse for lifeboat drill and then those that don't want to be on deck 9 for sailaway go up to deck 10 midship so we can wave goodbye to everyone on the way out as they are jealous that we are going to California on the Magic.

What does everyone else think?

My thoughts: with all the items we have to distribute (navigators, laynards, leis, wrist bands), we really need the tables (and lack of wind) that the lounge offers. I think the lounge is much more condusive to handling a large group, as opposed to the narrow deck 10. We had a very large DIS meet there on the Nov '06 double dip and we had the whole lounge to ourselves (though we may have just frightened off other people). And, there are comfy chairs and a full bar with staff basically just serving us.

I do think we should rally on deck 10 after the drill for sailaway ::yes::

.

I think I have to agree with Jackie. I remember the Dis Meet on the 11 night. It was windy and a little spread out. I think it would be easier to spot everyone in the lounge and get things passed out. Then we definitely should gather on Deck 10 for the sailaway. Need to wave goodbye with my Mickey gloves. :woohoo:

No problem, I just remember being in the Promenade with 100 dis'ers and I can't imagine trying to getting 300 in there if they all show up!

Guess we'll just squeeze together! We could always use the overflow in the atrium. :lmao: :lmao:

I wonder if we could just use the space in Studio Sea if nothing is going on in there. Of course, we wouldn't know for sure until we got on board. But it would be easy to post a sign at the Promenade to go to Studio Sea.

Does anyone have Deb of Allears e-mail they can pm me. I think we are the only 2 left on our fish team and we need to decide what to do.

And here I thought that Scotland was already a part of the UK. Now I find out that the English are still insisting that you take thier classes:lmao:

Okay off to work I go!

They're going to make her take American next... :)

Hey there! I'm from Brighton Beach.

Memoirs?????

I explained to my DH very early in our marriage that household items are NOT gifts. And that if I ever received such a 'gift' it would result in a visit to A&E (the Emergency Room) for it to be removed from a certain part of his anatomy! :rolleyes1

:lmao: :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl:

My mom only got things for the house when she got sick and dad had to fill in... the dishwasher... the dryer....

I saw the preview when I went and saw College Roadtrip last weekend, looked at my calendar and thought, heck, we might be having an all nighter before entering the PC that morning. If they show the movie at midnight, at about 2:30 a.m. we could go camp out for our spot to enter the canal that morning!
I'll just grab a lounger and get a little shut eye on deck 10!

What time would you like breakfast?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Stop 'dissing' the ORIGINAL Smarties!!! ;)

Sorry.... I've never had them.. I'm used to the other ones....

I just noticed and now I have this stupid song stuck in my head.....

99 BOTTLES OF BEER ON THE WALL, 99 BOTTLES OF BEER, YOU TAKE ONE DOWN, PASS IT AROUND, 99 BOTTLES OF BEER ON THE WALL!

Now, the reason I noticed this is because I have 3,901 posts and with 99 more post I'll be at 4,000.

So, I'm on a countdown.....oh tag fairy where art thou?:confused3

She's on vacation... maybe she's cruising to Panama?????

Good Morning All....

Ok - so it has not been a good day.

Read the other post... glad things got better...

Also, if you start asking, you will find cookies are different prices all over the country. With the realignment, I think you will see it start to level out more. We currently charge $3.50 per box.

We're $4.00

The metal hooks come with the lanyards - is that what you're talking about? Maybe I'm thinking something different. Tell me exactly what you're looking for and how is it used and I'll bet I've researched it in the past month.

Shots Around the Ship
A Stem to Stern Extravaganza

Just to let everyone know, I will be sending out an email this coming weekend, to see if we can decide on which night we will be indulging ourselves.

So, be on the lookout for something boozy coming to an inbox near you.
