Massage at CR?

Has any one had any of the massages at the CR? What do the offer and how much is it? Was it worth it or I am I better off taking the monorail to the GF? (We're staying at CR)

My fiancé had one on our last stay at the Contemporary. She said that she enjoyed it and it was on par with the local spa she usually patrons. It was a surprise, so I prepaid at the fitness center. I'm not completely sure about the cost, but I believe it was in the $80 range with a 20% tip. I thought about sending her to the Grand Floridian, but I decided that it would be more convenient to stay in the hotel.
