Marriott Cypress Harbour

My friend gave us one of her get-a-way weeks from her timeshare so we called and were offered the Cypress Harbour. I've looked at their site and it looks beautiful. Has anyone stayed here before? There will be six of us in a 2bd villa with a full kitchen. I'm hoping it's enough room since the kids ages are 9, 11, 12, and 17. This means lots of extra stuff. It was cheaper to go with the villa then 2 hotel rooms so I'm hoping it's big enough. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks and have a blessed day!

You won't be disappointed!

We stayed there several years ago. The master suite was very large, with a large jacuzzi. The second bedroom was actually a suite, with 2 large beds (queen size?) and it's own private bathroom. Then there is a full size kitchen, dining room, and living room. Also a balcony - not huge, but large enough for a table and chairs.

The kids will love the two feature swimming pools. Be sure to try both of them.

We too are going to the Cypress Harbour. We are going May 19-26. I asked this same question a few months ago. You might want to do a search using Cypress Harbour as the key words. I also called the resort and asked them to send me some info. They sent me a nice little packet about the resort and their activities. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info. I think I will call about the packet. My friend has always stayed at Westgate. She has never been offered Marriott so she's excited to find out about it also. It sounds like a nice place and I'm sure the kids will enjoy the pool. Sometimes I think that's why they go!

My family and I will be staying at Cypress Harbour May 5th to the 19th. This will be the second time we've stayed here. This resort is excellent you won't be disappointed , believe me. Go to www.vacationclub.com click on vacation rentals, then listings and click on Cypress Harbour under Florida , it has the villa layout and some neat pics. Enjoy !!!

Thanks for the link Harryo. I checked it out and it does look like a nice place. We had ressies at AKL, but decided to save some $$$ to use on H2O parks, nice dinners, etc... I think we will be just as happy here. The kids will be able to spread out more and not bother each other as much. Or at least that's what I'm praying for!

We'll be staying at Cypress Harbour May 20-27. I have heard nothing but good reviews on this location. Hope they are right. I have been warned to bring a non-stick frying pan though. I am traveling with my 2 boys 5 and 7, and my neice and nephew 8 and 6. Hubby opted to stay home and work. The info pack on activities at the hotel looks great. Lots of things for the kids to do. I have also read that if you ask for a condo facing Seaworld, you get a nightly view of the fireworks. With four kids under the age of 8 though, I hoping for a ground floor unit.
