March Trip

I have two questions about our mid-March WDW vacation. First, I just ordered our Magic Bands, and I wondered how long before we get them. Second, I might need a scooter (knee problem), but I only will need it in the park. We have one park per day tix. So, if I get it at MK (for example) first thing in the morning, but want to go back to BWV for a few hours mid-day, can I just leave the scooter somewhere at MK, and then continue using it for the remainder of the day?
