Nope it didn't get lost. It has been raining here and I had a meeting Monday night and did not get to the mailbox. So, I got it yesterday. Thanks for the beautiful card and the nice letter. I like all the little details on the card. Now, I have to get working on mine. Not too artistic. Not too coordinated with a glue pen, either. I may buy some cute cards for pen pals. I am going to Target on my day off tomorrow and it has some nice ones We don't have to make them, do we??

Glad to hear of the arrival of that letter.

No, you do not need to handmake a card, it can be store bought. And the card is part of the "twist", so it is not necessary by all means. It is just something extra that everyone can choose to partake in if they wish.

Thank you for the concern Ann. We live at a very safe elevation, so we are very lucky for that fact. Just hoping that nothing does occur. I think you can never be too safe, especially when it comes to a natural disaster.
