Okay, I'm REALLY in this time! I can honestly say this time that I'm caught up enough that I can play on the DIS again. (Thank goodness!:goodvibes)

Rose, please put me in for 1000 this month. I'll have an update for you tomorrow as I have it written down at home. I even went and (gulp) joined a gym!:faint:

Congrats to those just joining the gym!! I joined one in December and have been loving it! Once I got past the initial shame of how out of shape I am, I have been amazed at how far I've come already. And though the scale isn't reflecting it as much as I would like, the changes I can see and the way I feel definitely trumps that! :thumbsup2
 
Added another 20 minutes of walking last night even though I really wanted to skip it.

First run since injury! Only 15 minutes running, was so scared of falling again and felt like I lost all my stamina... But towards the end I started to feel better. But will take it slowly!

You are so silly. I have seen you IRL. You would be one of those people at the gym I would be feeling insecure around. :) Hope it is going well!

Ok, I'm in too- little different for me this month though. I'm aiming for 700. This month I'm starting Jillian michaels 90 day body revolution and cutting back my running mileage. I actually started last Saturday, right on mar 1, but then i was struck down with strep throat and a fever so I'm going to try to start all over again next week.

54 minutes on the arc trainer today. LOL! I know weird number, I was only doing 45, but then was talking to a friend while we were on the machines and ended up at 54 :)
