So, weather. No running this week, gym closed two days.
Wednesday: 120 min (2h) various martial arts
Thursday: 210 min (3h 15m) various martial arts
Friday: 45 min karate
Total for the week: 375
I'm withdrawing from the plank challenge. Just can't seem to remember to do it right now.
I'm going to be on the road for the next two weeks for work. The hotel has a small gym so I will take my running to the treadmill (the forecast is for snow every single day I'm there), and of course I will be practicing my martial arts solo, but my minutes are seriously going to suffer. I brought my 30 day shred DVD, too, which I'll do a couple times a week, but still won't make up for missing class time.
