Couch to 5K day 4. Thanks, this is motivating me, although I'm no slacking on my no-buy days on the Budget board. Hard to stay focus on so many goals.

Adding 60 minutes before WDW, and 60 more minutes so far in the heat, and (today) rain. Feels good and different, and my actual walking time has to be way more than that......but really counting the walks to the parks and buses. Today we did the walk to Epcot from the Beach Club. (Both ways)...that was interesting. Yesterday was Animal Kingdom, Tuesday was Magic Kingdom.

It was 12 degrees in NY when we left. Tomorrow, we go to my sister's new home, and I hear they have water aerobics, so hope to keep going.

135/810 I got in a longer run today. I wanted to make my Fitbit happy, so I kept going until that thing buzzed. It is amazing how little I walk in a normal day.

60 minutes on treadmill at 5% grade. Also strength exercise.
I already had you down for 340. Could you have missed recording a workout? I will leave it at 340 until you let me know to change it. :)

Added 60 minutes for P90X Arms and Shoulders.

Will also be doing a long hill walk today. Running tomorrow, so it will only be a fast walk, but I am looking forward to it.

Did the fast walk in very hilly country. Adding another 90 minutes.
 
An hour and 15 minutes on the treadmill today. Can't wait to walk outside, next week I think!
I am planning to walk a half marathon, just weighing the pros and cons of two choices between May and June.
Wanted to see how much I could get in today, got 4.5 miles in in that time. Time to start getting serious about training no matter which one I choose.

More couch to 5k and walked about four hours yesterday around a flower show carrying my toddler, but only counting 45 minutes, lol!
