started 2nd week of Body Revolution. I am starting to really enjoy those workouts. And am slowly getting afraid of what there is to come!! Bought new (heavier) weights yesterday and was very happy with myself that I was able to do everything with them! But now my arms feel like pudding!![]()
My arms shake from workout 1 every time. I think it's the push ups. Clearly my chest muscles are not as strong as they once were!

Then a PR on my 10k (only by 3 1/2 min, but I'm happy)
