Thanks for the encouragement but especially a huge thanks for keeping this thread running! It is such a great motivation to keep exercising! And while the scale does not move, my body is changing in a positive way! :thumbsup2

After two more days of Body Revolution and a long walk yesterday I reached the goal for this month!

65 min . .. 35 arc trainer. I just love that thing. and 30 min circuit training.

Looks like I cracked 75 percent. Trying to get as close to 100 percent as I can,I think getting to 90 percent is realistic at this point, which I will be thrilled with.

rebeccam31 - the whole 'run thru Disneyland' thing totally sounds cool. Are you accessing google maps from your treadmill or how does that work?
 
so, today I did something totally different. The college is on spring break, so the campus is pretty quiet. When I opened the gym doors it was totatlly dark so I turned on the lights and went to the locker room to change. When I came out to go to the fitness center I noticed a basketball on the gym floor and though, "when's the next time I'm going to have a whole gym all to myself." so for the first time since probably high school gym class (which was ummm....a while ago) I worked on my lay-ups and foul-shoots and generally got a lot of cardio in chasing the ball around the floor.

It was pretty fun actually. I wish had longer to play.

Yes, that's exactly what it is. There's a bank of maps available, or you can draw your own. This morning I ran through Venice. ;)

If I checked and noticed I'd be 1 minute off from 1500, I would worked pushed through some more situps. LOL!
