started 2nd week of Body Revolution. I am starting to really enjoy those workouts. And am slowly getting afraid of what there is to come!! Bought new (heavier) weights yesterday and was very happy with myself that I was able to do everything with them! But now my arms feel like pudding! :rotfl2:

My arms shake from workout 1 every time. I think it's the push ups. Clearly my chest muscles are not as strong as they once were!

Whooohoooo! Congrats on the PR! That's a great feeling. I PR'd at tink by 5 min and it felt awesome!
 
Finally checking in.

On my travel week, I managed 30 min running and 120 min solo martial arts practice. I got home a week early, so last week was mostly normal with 30 min running x2 plus 450 min various martial arts.

That week away really hurt me. I'm projecting making 1920 minutes at most. :/
 

Oh, man! Have I blown it the last few days!
Had a visitor and SO off my routine. Was depressing how far back I had to look in this post for where I am at with minutes. LOL!!
Going to try and really crank them out this week and get at least close to my goal!!

After a lovely run in with a vicious stomach bug, I'm happy to day I got right back on the exercise bandwagon. As of yesterday, I'm at 652. Rose could you please adjust my total goal to 800? Thanks chica! :flower3:

Adding 95 minutes: 30 minutes of a modified P90X Chest & Back routine and 65 minutes of running on a treadmill. On a business trip in Chicago, so I am happy to be able to do anything this week.
