Today I did a little speed-walking on the TM. Got up to 5 mph for 15 minutes, the rest of the time stayed around 4.6-4.8 mph. Then switched it up and did the rowing machine for 15 minutes, and 20 minutes of warm-up, cool down, andserious stretching, for a total of 80 minutes today. I'm at 490/1400 now.

30 minutes of wogging (walking/jogging) and 40 minutes of strengh training.
