March (Exercise) Madness Challenge

Today I did a little speed-walking on the TM. Got up to 5 mph for 15 minutes, the rest of the time stayed around 4.6-4.8 mph. Then switched it up and did the rowing machine for 15 minutes, and 20 minutes of warm-up, cool down, andserious stretching, for a total of 80 minutes today. I'm at 490/1400 now.

OK, I can add another 100 mintes, thanks. Slowly getting there...

I only exercised a little the past 2 days. I took a 30 minute walk with the kids since it's been so warm here. Actually DD rides her bike and DS sits in his jogging stroller. It is hard to keep up with DD, so it's a good workout. So I'm at 240/1000 now. :)
 
I did 115 minutes Friday.. 40 minutes step routine, 40 minutes treadmill, 35 minutes abs, weights, step.

I'm not at 520/2500
 
Good Morning,

I exercised another 70 minutes yesterday :banana: 30 minutes of wogging (walking/jogging) and 40 minutes of strengh training.

I'm not sure what today hold for exercise because I have a fun day planned with my seesters.

Good morning everyone!

I know I'm too late in the month to join the official challenge and that's okay. I just want somewhere to be accountable with what I am doing as far as my exercise routine is concerned. Yesterday I ran 2 miles on the treadmill in the morning at the gym and then went back at lunch time and did about 7 miles on one of the bikes and 50 sit usp. This morning I went to Shape.com's website and followed a 30 minute weight routine plus I did 50 jumping jacks. My total for the month so far is 315 minutes out of 1200.

You guys are doing an awesome job!!! It's nice to see so many people working out so much!
 
Did 2 hours of climbing UP the hill, then walking back DOWN the hill, then climbing UP the hill....you get the picture. Oh, and I was carrying furniture the whole time. 610/1400

60 min walk to/from Dunkins for a coffee
60 min walk with the Midlife gym girls
