I am still keeping up with my 5k every other day - up to running (if 5.1 is running) 1.26 of it. And added 25 min on elliptical - about 2 mi. Off days I do about 5 miles in the hills with Sashi or do tapes when it is windy - most of the time in spring in NM.
We changed to Planet Fitness so hopefully today I am going to go try their 30 min total body circuit and maybe the 18 min ab/back circuit instead of a tape.
Did about 30 minutes of brisk walking yesterday before the seminar with Jeff Galloway. Unfortunately, by myself, as the rest of the people that were there for the walk/run were....RUNNERS! AGH!!
March 8: 40 mins treadmill ran my 5k in 37:22. My goal was 37:30 so I'm pretty happy, the only thing is I want to be able to run the whole thing at 5.0 but I could only do that for 2 miles. Then I walked a quarter mile then kicked it up to 6.0 for a quarter and alternated that speed combo until I got to the 5k. Finished at 3.6 until I got to 3.25 miles.
