I just didn't have the will to work out Sunday or yesterday. My friend's little boy passed away....so unbelievably sad; he was only 4. :sad1:
 
March 13 - 60 minutes of walking

Monday at the gym - day 5 of my strength training program:

10 minutes bike
50 minutes weights, etc
10 minutes treadmill

So, 70 minutes total, added to my grand = 365/1200

I did Zumba the other day and my right leg started hurting the next day, ugh guess I'll stick to the good old treadmill! Although I think Jillian is calling my name! Really want to try a video.

20 minutes treadmill (2 10-minute sessions, before and after)
50 minutes weights, etc

March 15 - 27 minutes 30ds and 15 minutes Just Dance 2.

3/12 - 31 minutes, walking my dog [briskly - he and I are getting much better at this power walking thing]
3/13 - 37 minutes, walk
3/14 - 32 minutes, Week 4 of C2K
3/14 - 28 minutes, power walking with my dog
3/15 - 47 minutes, more pw with my dog
3/16- 45 minutes, housework
3/16 - 58 minutes, walk
3/17 - 33 minutes, Week 4

343 minutes,

1096/1500
 
Didn't have time for the gym, but did have time to work out:

35 minutes on Wii Fit
35 Just Dance

So, 70 minutes total, added to my grand = 505/1200
