50 minutes for me today..
that puts me at 520/1000
 
45 minutes for me so I'm now 840/750
 

Another 100 minutes between last night and tonight at the gym, up to 920/950 -------- 2300/12000

I didn't join this month, but I have been exercising for the past 5 days. This is monumental for me and if I can get to day 20, it will be closer to a habit.

Today I did a Tivo recording of "In Shape with Sharon Mann". Holy cow! Not only am I out of shape, but I have lost whatever coordination I had at 25. I could not even figure out the moves before it was time to change them!

Good thing I am not at a regular gym. I would be SO embarrassed!

I'm at 1441/1860 for the month (3865/12000 for the year.) I'm a bit behind -- I think I set my goals too high this month, especially since I don't count warm-ups and cool-downs that are below my target heart rate. Still, I hope to make my goal for March.

Haven't updated in a week, but have still been doing 30-60 min/day for a monthly total of 945/1000, and yearly 1910/10000. I'll make this months goal for sure.
