Nope, not a one! But I live down here: I'm always prepared for any weather lol! Though I will say that W&D taught me to prepare better for the possibility of a delay and what that does to my fuel strategy... my blood sugar had dropped a lot by the time we got the go ahead to run and I had to use a gel before we started. Which meant I was short a gel that I'd need in the race. Luckily they also shortened the course so it became a non-issue, but now I know: always bring extra fuel, just in case.QOTD: Based on the current forecast posted earlier today. Will the weather require you to make any adjustments to your current running plans and goals?
