Just got off the phone...no wait times, but didn't get any of the dining times I wanted either! I wanted Le Cellier for dinner....any night between June 22-27 and could only get lunch on Friday for 1:40!!! We are a party of 5. ARRGHH!!!!

I also could only get Boma at 5:00 pm.....what's up with THAT??

I took what I could get and will keep trying as it gets closer.

Picked up 37 minutes! Excellent CM. Doing great. Everything I want within 15 minutes of requested time. I'll post when done.

Lucky!!!!! I'm still on hold! It shouldn't be much longer I hope! 55 Minutes!

Ok. Now I think they forgot about me on hold! 1 hr 2 minutes!

I called yesterday and was on hold two minutes. Got the restaurants we wanted but we are eating earlier than I would have liked. We also got the Breathless for an Illuminations cruise. I feel very blessed. I don't understand why it's so hard to get into Sci Fi.

YEAH!!! I'm done, I'm done!!! Picked up at 37 minutes, done at 55 minutes I have to call back on Saturday for Hoop-Di-Doo review because she said they are stricter about the 90 days, but other than that, I got everything. Here's my list:

6/22: Crystal Palace (11:30am)
6/23: Tusker House (9:05am)
6/24: Akershus (11:55am)
6/25: Hollywood & Vine (9:00am)
6/27: Chef Mickey's (9:15am)

WooHoo! What a relief! And my Rep was awesome! She even told me she looks at DisBoards frequently herself Hope you all have good luck and are talking to someone right now!

I hope your kids are feeling better! Mine has a temp of 101 this morning. No school today! It is the last day of PSSA testing too so he will need to make it up later this week.

Thanks! We're off to the ped at 11:30. I think they have the same thing - my dd is about 36 hours behind ds. DS seems a little better today so maybe it's just a virus? Although, I always feel better when they get an antibiotic!

I started calling around 8:00am and finally finished at 10:30am. What a nightmare. Took over 1 hour to finally get a person then she screwed up and told us we were a day early so had to call back. We used 3 cell phones and the house phone to keep tring to get through. I too was ready to scrap all TS meals.

2 Hours on the phone and I am finally done! After she entered everything we lost 4 days of dining and had to re-enter again! Luckily nothing was lost or I would have been devistated to start over again!

Here is what I ended up with:

June 21 Garden Grill @ 4:20pm (We arrive at 9:30am so early dinner is fine for us!)
June 22 50's Prime Time @ 4:00pm (A bit early for us but will work)
June 23 CRT at 4:25pm Yipeeeeeeeeeee!
June 24 Crystal Palace for 2 @ 8:25 am and T-Rex at 5pm. DH is going to Universal for
the day as a birthday surprise!
June 25 1900 Park Fare @ 4:45pm
June 26 WCC @ 5:10pm
June 27 Chef Mickey's a@ 5:05 pm

I did get everywhere that we wanted to dine but I really had to change up the days or eat really early dinners at 4pm a few days. After we had everything in the system the rep lost 5 of my reservations and we had to do them again! Luckily they were still there! I posted above what we ended up with.
Are you staying at POP? We were supped to be there but recently upgraded to CRB.
Hope you get some meds for the kids today!

I had great luck this morning. Dialed in less than a minute before 7 and was speaking to a CM by 7:04. We got everything we wanted at basically the times we wanted except of course Mama + F! I could have had the Brown Derby pkg but didn't take it so am now on hold (15 so far) to see if it's still available. With the first call I was finished in 40 minutes. If I can still get this - great but I'm happy with our ressies otherwise. I also couldn't get Le Cellier, so went with Tutto Italia.

We got:
Sunday - WCC 6:15 pm
Monday - Tony's Town Square 6:05 pm
Tuesday - Tusker House 8:10 am, Boma 6pm
Wednesday - Garden Grill 5:45 pm
Thursday - Prime Time Cafe 5:20 pm
Friday - Akershus 8:15 am, Tutto Italia 5 pm
Saturday - 'Ohana 8pm
Sunday - Crystal Palace 11:45 am, 1900 Park Fare 7:30 pm

Obviously stupid not to take Brown Derby when I was on before. 30 min now and typing one handed. Ok No luck with a Fantasmic Package - will just check for cancellations from time to time and if we get lucky - great!

The CM I had yesterday told me that the system frequently crashes if they try to enter too many reservsations without saving them. In order to not "lose" my reservations (we had 21 of them) she saved them after six or seven entries and would read them back to me with my confirmation numbers. Since we had 21 of them she had do this process three times. She said the the CMs who try to enter all of the callers reservations and not save them to the end frequently end up losing everything and they have to be reentered from scratch.

Yikes! Now that you mention it she did save them after we did three. Thank goodness because I'd have to scream if we had to start completely over and I lost something!

My Update!

So I posted earlier that I was still on hold, but needed to leave at 7:30 to head in NYC for an audition.

Well, I ended up hanging up at 7:30 and leaving. I took all my stuff with me, and plugged my hands-free into the cell phone on the road, and called again at 8:00am. I finally got through to a CM after 45 minutes. She was a "soft talker" for those of you who ever saw that Seinfeld episode, so I couldn't hear what she was saying half the time.

After scheduling 3 of my ADR's, Verizon dropped my call.

So I had to call back AGAIN - that time I was on hold about 20 minutes before getting a CM - just as I was approaching the Lincoln Tunnel. That CM was GREAT! She was super friendly and checked to make sure everything had gone through from the previous call (it had) and then she finished everything up for me. She was just really nice to talk to (while the computer took it's good ol' time.) It was funny - she was talking to me about the new system and how frustrating it was for all of them. It keeps crashing, making it hard to do much of anything. We agreed what a disaster it would be to put it out there for the general populace to use online.

But in the end, I got everything I wanted and really close to the times we wanted too.

Here's what we ended up with. (We're staying at our home resort, AKV, so you'll see that we are eating there quite a bit!)

Couldn't post this morning since I had to go back to work but we called at 5:59 central. DH got his call answered in 6 minutes but then was transferred I got through to a CM in 20 minutes and she started making adrs right away. She was wonderful she was all business and that was fine with me. Got everything I wanted just had to eat a little later than I wanted. Someone on here had recommended on the hard to get places eating there more into the 10 day period and doing those first, well we did that with CRT and got it for the last day, we are staying 7, at 8:05 which we wanted. Love walking down Mainstreet all by ourselves. Here is what we got:
