Yup… they dropped plenty of Disney Villains stuff at Bath and Body Works just in time for spooky season!

I went to Bath and Body Works to smell them, but I didn’t buy them. The scents were too fruity for my liking. I was hoping for a scarier scent. lol.

Yeah. Apple/pear for the Wicked Queen and plum/berry for Maleficent.

I mean, Evil Queen might go for something very beautiful and sweet smelling as she is obsessed with beauty and her own vanity. Maleficent on the other hand probably smells like brimstone!

I have Maleficent and Evil Queen foaming hand soaps and neither one of them smell fruity or flowery to me. They both have a strong spice scent. They list fruits as part of their scent, but I think the fruits are playing a very minor role compared to the spice (I don't even notice the fruit smells). If I was going to make a broad sweeping stereotype generalization about these 2 scents, I'd say they're "guy" scents. At least that's what *my* nose smells.

I didn’t smell the soap though, just the candles. Maybe that’s the difference.

I do find that the candles and soaps smell different from each other even though they're supposedly the same scent. I didn't smell any of the Villain stuff in person -- ordered the soaps online and just guessed at what I'd like -- so I didn't compare them. But I have noticed that difference with other scents.

Evil Queen = dark red apple, vanilla suede and wicked pear
Maleficent = sinister plum, midnight berries, and mystical woods

Also, go online to purchase... I'm pretty sure in-store is full price, but there are some steep discounts on these items online at the moment.
