making a reservation

Now that there is no longer a CRO and their phone is no longer in service, what number do you call to make a reservation?????

Last week (Sept. 17), I used (407)-W-DISNEY and made my ressie through CRO. Did it change since then?

When I called the 407-WDisney # today, both times it was WDisney Travel. They told me they were fasing out CRO and that ALL reservation are going to be following the WDisney Travel Terms. The only exceptions right now will be the AAA bookings, they will still follow the CRO terms. So when I checked the rates and there was a $2 difference than booking online, I decided to go with the online reservations. There cancellation policy is only 6 days and says nothing about paying the balance before hand. So apparantly when you call the 407 WDisney #, the balance has to be paid in full before traveling.

When I called last Friday (9-19) I got a recording saying that "this number is no longer in service, please try again".
