We will be visiting MK on a day that it closes at 7pm for MNSSHP. We will not be attending the party but instead plan to hop to Epcot. Since it's a slightly shorter day than normal at MK we figured we would stay until 7 and have dinner after, either at Epcot or a resort on the way such as BC.
Crystal Palace is our fav though so does Disney allow guests in the restaurants without a party ticket? We are not trying to be at the party for free and would leave immediately after dinner.
Would they say no?

Without a party ticket you can't do anything after 7:00 pm and, believe it or not, that includes the bathrooms and shops. Nothing. You will be guided out the front gates. If you try to get an ADR you will see a notice that a party ticket is required.

There will be a cutoff time for when non party ticket holders can have an ADR at Crystal Palace, I believe it is either 5:30 or 6:00 during MNSSHP. When you go to search for the ADR, you will see what the latest option is. This year, they have a totally separate page for booking after that cutoff time for party ticket holders so there should be no confusion on which ones require a ticket and which don't.
