Hate to be negative nelly but wow. Fp+ situation has only gotten worse in the last hour. It's a nightmare.

The FP+ line at the safari is definitely a problem. I'm not a fan of the tiers in the other parks, but it seems like it might be necessary at AK. Not everyone can ride Everest, but most families will want to FP the safari.

The other issue, besides capacity, is that there is only one FP+ station for the safari, and it is at the entrance to the ride. Families have to cross the FP line to get to the stroller drop offs. We were in the FP line and a very large family with several strollers were in the standby line. They cut in front of us to drop the strollers and then just walked down the FP line cutting everyone. We figured a CM would say something to them when they got to the end of the line, but there is no one checking FP there.
