Magical Express online reservation

I need to book Magical Express to VWL for our Nov trip. I figured I would do it online instead of calling. Why don't I see the Villas at Wilderness Lodge as a resort to pick from?? Would I pick Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground??

It should be there. I have used it to book our VWL December ME.

I just checked and it's no longer listed! It was there a few weeks ago because I booked ME for our Dec stay at VWL. I see they have listed Kidani Village as a choice so I'm guessing there was a recent update to the list and they added Kidani and dropped VWL off the list. I hope it's not another one of those unannounced enhancements designed to simplify our membership experience.

If it's not listed, I would call MS. We're currently at WL, and have reservations through ME to get back to the airport. I know they have a pick-up here, as we saw it when we arrived.

Do we call DVC member services or the regular Disney number for our Magical Express reservation?

I have a split stay with 2 different reservation numbers. The DVC website doesn't give the opportunity to put 2 different reservation #'s.

You can use the website - we have, for a split stay. You'll notice that you can check boxes for 'from the airport' and 'to the airport' - so you submit one ME reservation under the arrival reservation number and leave the 'to the airport' part unchecked... and then submit another under the second reservation number and leave the 'from the airport' part unchecked. So you're booking 2 one-way journeys.

When you arrive, you can confirm they have the correct details for your departure at the desk at the airport to double check.

I think when you book online it sends a request via email to MS and they process it within the next few days. Since you are so close to your trip you should call MS.

I think I remember reading that if you can't get your luggage tags in time, you need to find the ME people at the airport and explain that - giving a description of our luggage.

So, if you do this, I'd make sure you do something to make your cases unique - tie a particular colour ribbon to the handle or put a big sticker on both sides of it etc.

I think if I didn't have luggage tags I would just wait for my case and then take it on the bus myself.
