Magical Express/name change help :(

I have never used Magical Express before, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I called to arrange it for my friend and I. I called and I was asked what Airline I was traveling, and what flight number. Is that all the information I need to give? Below is what my online reservation says, is that ok? I just want to make sure they have all the information. Also, I previously posted that I had changed the second guest on my reservation, but they have not changed it online. It would show the original guest was canceled for a day or so, then a few days later, it would still have the original guest listed . I have called 3 times to have them change it and it's still with the old guest. So now for magical express it shows the name of the old person, and not the new person. So if it doesn't get changed what will happen with Magical Express? Eek! I don't know what to do!

Since you're concerned:
Find the toll-free number for Magical Express - look in either of the Magical Express "sticky" threads at the top of this forum. It starts with 866.
Call that number.
Confirm everything.

It isn't as important for DME to have your arrival flight info as it for them to have your departure flight info. They like to have a ball park figure as to how many people are arriving each hour so they can plan the buses needed.
It is for the ride back to the airport that flight info is crucial..they base your pickup time on that flight info.
As far as names go...call whomever you booked your room reservations with. I am going to assume that they also made your DME reservations. Find out exactly who is on the resort reservations..and the DME reservations. I know that when we use DME, I am the one who waits in line, to checkin. Sometimes I have been asked for an ID...not a problem. And it would be the same for you. Your friend would just wait off to the side, you would get checked in, and then you both head to the bus lines. All you will be asked for at this point, is your travel voucher.

Now...when it's time to leave WDW, you may have a different situation. In order to checkin at the RAC desk, the right names have to be given.
