I apologize in advance for the looong post.
Lot's of catching up to do.
First of all...
Happy Spring to all and Happy Easter to everyone celebrating this weekend!

Mike, Amy & Justin
Sorry about the reason you had to make the switch, but we're glad you're joining us!
Dee,
Looks like it's about time for the stitches to come out now. I hope Sasha is recovering well and the news is good.
Cindy and Lissa,
I bet you're both counting the days... or is it hours now before your spring break trips. Have a GREAT time! I'd love a report when you get back.
Anyone get good rates for this???
Good rates in general or good rates comparatively?
I booked on the first day this cruise was released and it really has not gone up all that much (at least for the 2 categories we booked)
You can always shop around for TA's who are offering incentives. Ours put together a really nice deal for us, kind of a group promo of her own, even though
DCL does not offer group rates/bonuses on holiday cruises.
Hopefully you'll be able to join us. Keep us posted.
I have a question. (My dh would say I am crazy because I am thinking about this kind of stuff already-but that is me

)
If what I have been reading on other boards is correct then the formal night is early in the week but I was wondering if for our cruise they will make formal night on Thursday(Christmas). I want to get my girls a really fancy Christmas dress for that night. I guess they can wear it no matter if it is formal night or not but we are hoping for a really nice family Christmas

photo. What is everyone elses thoughts?
We are finally entering some semi-spring weather but dd was home all weekend with 101 degree fever

so we did not really get to enjoy the weather. Maybe next weekend will be just as nice so we can have easter egg hunt outside.
From what I've read they do usually switch around if necessary so that formal night is on Christmas.
But have you guys seen the thread on the main board about new dining rotations? Sounds like that's specifically for the cruises out of CA this summer, but it will be interesting to see if they keep it when the Magic heads back to FL. At least there will be some other 2x at CC cruises before ours to get feedback from.
I hope your girls are feeling well and are ready for some fun Easter festivities this weekend. So how's the weather? Hunting eggs inside or out?
We do Upward Soccer too. We're practicing thursday for the first time. We just finished up the Cheerleading, I was the coach and it was a lot of fun. Someone how I swindled into being a coach for soccer, 10 4 year olds---what in the world was I thinking!!!
Aww, you're a good mom!
I love watching the little ones play. Hope the team is learning a lot and having fun with it.
DD just finished competition season for HS cheer. They qualified for finals at Nationals as the #1 team in their division, but ended up 5th after dropping one stunt and bobbling another. I swear I've never seen so many crying girls.
No tears from DD though... thank goodness.
(they were National Champions last year and they put so much pressure on themselves to repeat, especially the seniors)
Morgan,
Looks like the tech crew at the Dis needs to come up with a few more character smilies for you.
OK, enough stalling on the Dis
Egg coloring project awaits.
