What some folks don't know about enforcement is a lot.
"If a guest who's smoking ignores a CM then they need to get security involved!" Really? Just how high on security's priority list do you think smoking is? Yes it's Disney and they can afford really good security and lots of it, and believe me they do have LOTS of it, most of which you cannot see. But what would you prefer, security switching focus to inconsiderate smokers, or maintaining focus on weapons and suspicious behavior and suspicious packages?

Someone who ignores a cast member who is reminding them of Disney guest policy, or who is rude and / or aggressive (like blowing smoke in their face) is a danger and should be removed from the park for the protection of all guests.
