Up early for immigration. Not that bad, bring your BC and DL or passports and KTTW cards. Our kids came in their PJ's. It only took about 10 minutes.
Back to the room. Doug went up to Topsiders and got us all breakfast so we could eat in the room while we were getting ready for the day. We thought about going to St Johns, but the 110.00 for taxi's and ferry's was a little much for us. We decided to just go to Coki Beach.
We left the ship at 8:30, the taxi's are all lined up to serve you. It was 7.00 each to go to Coki Beach, we said 7.00 for three and one free? The driver agreed, since Ian could ride on Doug's lap. So after the taxi was full, about 12 people, we were off.
The way they drive on the islands is scarey but fun. The kids laughed the whole way. We dropped off half the people to wait for an hour for the ferry to St. Johns. You have very little time on this island so we still decided on Coki Beach.
This is a beautiful beach and the same little shacks line the beach as in St. Maarten's . The chairs again at 10.00 plus unberalla, we had to really work to get that price. They want 5.00 for a chair and 10.00 for unberalla. Way to much, talk them down.
They have hairbraiding and drink peddlers everywhere. This one guy was quite entertaining as he sold his drinks, he even made samples. I don't drink but, these other people said the BROWN MONKEY was great.
The snorkling was FANTASTIC here. So many beautiful fish and sea life. It was the same depth for awhile and then it just drops off to deep sea waters. This is where the Scuba drivers went. Just beautiful!
Friendly people and funny to listen to them tell stories.
We stayed there till 12:30 and then returned on the taxi 7.00 for 3 and 1 free. Then driver said with a laugh 'You are ripping me off!'
Back to the ship and cleaned up and had hotdogs and fries at Pluto's. Great hotdogs and fries.
Then back to St Thomas to shop. We noticed that the same outfits we got so cheap on St Maartens were twice as much on St Thomas. We didn't buy anything, just looked around. There are some nice shops right at the docks, or nicer shops downtown. We just shopped at the docks.
St Thomas is beautiful. You don't see the garbage like St Maartens and there are poor areas and then quite well to do areas. We enjoyed this island much more than St Maartens. Wish we had a longer stay here.
Back on board by 4:20, and the boat sailed on time at 4:45. We dressed for dinner and ate at Animators Palate. This night they did the show, since we had formal night at Animators Palate, there was no show.
The show is neat to watch, and you know it is going to start when all the wait staff leaves the room. The kids will enjoy it and all thru dinner things are changing so it keeps them entertained. The food is always good and you can have all you want. Doug always had to dinners.
After dinner we went to Shutter's , watch out here you can spend a fortune. I love pictures so I had a hard time, not buying them all. We kept our pictures all together all week, and then sat on the floor on Friday night and picked the ones we wanted. The formal ones and the ones on Castaway Cay are great. Just stick all your pictures together, and they will stay there. We had no problems.
Next we went shopping in the store on board. My son added Pluto to his collection. Paige added a charm to her braclett, plus the one brought to her from Italy by Marco & Laura.
We then went to see Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer. It was fun and I knew all the answers, but I never was picked. Devin Zoomommy's daughter was picked and she did very well. If I had gotten up there I would of forgotten everything, I would have been so nervious. Anyway, it was fun, just wish it had been longer so more could play.
We then went to Studio Sea to family dance and it was fun, but hot so we went to up to deck 9. We sat up there and had a snack from Pluto's and then off to bed. It was passed 11:00, boy that is late for us!
We found a Frog on our bed to night. It is so neat how they do that.
All the kids stuffed animals were leaning over the rail on Paige's top bunk.
Another great day on the Magic! It is all going to fast, way to fast!
We will sleep in tomorrow, since we are at sea.
Good Night, and Magic Dreams

St Thomas truly is beautiful. We rented a car there are saw the island at our own pace. I liked the idea about keeping all the photos together.
