Mag. Express - not given a confirmation #

Is this normal? I called today to request ME for June 4th. I assumed I would not get luggage tags in time, but I thought she would give me a confirmation number. When I asked, she said I didn't need one, just collect my luggage at baggage claim, and go up to ME reps. She said they would know what to do from there. Also, she asked for flight times and flight numbers but not airline (I realized this just after hanging up). Should I call back to reconfirm? Thanks

You won't need the confirmation number- the DME reps will walk you thru the process, but you may still get the Magical Express package and luggage tags. I ordered ours exactly 21 days prior to our trip and they arrived (via FedEx) the day before we left. You are far enough in advance for a June 4 arrival that you may still get everything before you leave.

I would call back with the airline info (the arival time is the most important thing for them though) and to re-verify the information, but if nothing comes, just follow the DME reps directions and you'll be fine.
