Lynx transportation

We are planning a trip to Orlando and since we have decided to make this mostly a Universal vacation we are staying on I-Drive. We plan on using the hotel shuttles and the I-trolley for our transportation needs. We took a Disney only vacation last year so there are only a few things that we would like to do in Disney so one day would be fine for us. I am looking at using the lynx bus system since we don't plan on being at the disney parks very early in the morning so time is not an issue with us. We are planning on staying at Amerisuites, the closest one to Universal and I was wondering where the closest lynx bus stop would be. Also how long does it take to get from Universal to Disney using the bus? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
