OK, let's update the stats:

Water: 3/13 This one was tough yesterday.

Exercise 3/13 Got in a walk at lunch up the street to the bank. DH came with me--that was a special treat!
4.

Food 3/13 This one was rocky--used more flex than I had planned, but I'm still in the game.
Today:
1. Gotta do this still
2. None yet
3. Hitting the treadie in a second, walked the dog already
4. Food: b=5, s will be 1, l will be 10, dinner will be 7. I'm going for no flex at all today.
I've lost a pound, so I'm down to 163 again. I'm encouraged by that, even though my eating wasn't the stellar yesterday.
We'll have to plan something, MeMe. . .maybe we can get Doreen to come join us. . .maybe MelanieC? What about Stephanie--she's close. Maybe we could have a little DIS meet!
