Hi, all.

Remember me? I'm a WISH buddy, but I haven't been around much. . .

. I'm just checking in, though, so you don't think I jumped ship.
I've been noticing some not-so-good things since I've been off program this week. First of all, my skin looks awful. I haven't been getting my water in, have had way too much caffeine and sugar, and I'm paying the price for it. Yuck.
Next, I've developed an uncomfortable thickness around my middle. When I get up in the morning and look in the mirror and see my belly looking all the more rounder again. . .YIKES!
Now, you'd think that all this would shock me into making healthier food choices and it has, to a degree, but truthfully, I'm continuing the

p , but in a less grand style. I'm trying to be choosy about the treats that I take in, and I'm trying to stay away from the carbs. Oh, my gosh, I'm such a carb addict! After not having things like tortilla chips and pretzels in the house too much, I'm finding that when I eat them, I'm almost sucked into some addictive response. . .scary.
Anyway. I have had my plan in the back of my mind, and here is where I am today:
1. Vitamins--
2. Water--3
3. Exercise--maxed out on the cardiologist's treadmill. The techs there told me that was enough exercise for one day.

I liked those people.
4. Food--peanut butter sandwich on lite bread and coffee at dr. (7), biscotti in the coffee shop (3 or 4), small salad w/ chicken, olives, and drsg (about 8), dinner--?
It won't be cheat free, no way, no how, but that's OK. I'm just along for the ride right now.
