luggage before check-in

Hi everyone, I have a question and I know you all can help me. I have rented points and will be staying at the BWV starting Aug. 28th but I have decided to extend my vacation and now I will arrive a little earlier and will be staying at POP. My question is that obviously check-out at POP is at 11am and check-in for BWV is at 4pm, can I drop my luggage off at BWV for them to hold till I get a room or do I have to keep my luggage in the car till then while I am in the parks? Obviously I would really not want to keep my luggage in the car till 4pm due to the heat I am sure deodorant and such will not hold up very well for 6hrs. If BWV will not hold my luggage do you have any other suggestions?

Disney will transfer your luggage from Pop to BWV if you would like. Just tell the front desk at Pop the day before.

You do not have to wait until 4 to check in. You can stop at BWV in the morning, if you room is not ready, bell services will store you luggage if you like. Your room might just be available early.

Just to be clear, you can contact Bell Services at POP and they will pick up your luggage from your room and transport it directly to BWV. At BWV, they will store it at Bell Services until you check-in and ask them to bring it to your room. It's very painless and a great service to avoid the exact headaches you describe.

Just make sure that anything you need during the day you take with you in the car.

Good plan. We do the same thing.

Some times we have Bell services move the luggage, other times we drop it off early, valet park the car and have a bite at the bakery on the boardwalk on the way to Epcot.

Either way BWV Bell services will take good care of you. They have cold storage if you need it.

We pack one bag with swim suits and stuff so we can get that bag out if the room is not going to be available untill later and we feel the need for a swim. Then we can just pull that one bag. Bell Services is good about letting you get at stuff.
