Yes but very rare. I grabbed a 50 point one last year. Seller listed three of them. All three sold within minutes of being listed.

Yeah don’t. I originally wanted one in my UY (April) but those are few and far between. There’s a good amount of March, June and August IIRC.

Yeah that makes a lot more sense since if they were selling Junes they probably would’ve sold Aprils but I don’t think they got that far before the cutoff. Forgive me, I’ve actually been pretty good about not stalking aggregators lately so my info is a little off . Recently got back from a 3 week trip to Japan

Nope they do not. I just got my newest Aulani sub points all loaded up. There are a few on the market currently if you don’t need a loaded contract.

It really is. I paid 118 from this broker and this agent not that long ago. I think the slew of contracts although not subsidized is likely the reason it's so low.

No, no, no - DVD is having trouble selling the rest of their Aulani holdings. I doubt they want to add to it. Someone can correct me here if I'm wrong, but at 14 years, I believe Aulani is the longest active DVC resort ever.

Some day Disney will ROFR up all of the AUL-S contracts, but right now the resort is about 70% sold…. and they are not in a rush because they make $$$$ on renting out the breakage and undeclared rooms.
