Yes but very rare. I grabbed a 50 point one last year. Seller listed three of them. All three sold within minutes of being listed. Is it possible to find a subsidized 25 or 50 point aulani contract for resale?
Definitely, do not hold your breath. lolLooking to sell?Ok I'm happy I'm not wasting my time waiting for one to show up.
Yeah don’t. I originally wanted one in my UY (April) but those are few and far between. There’s a good amount of March, June and August IIRC.Looking to sell?Ok I'm happy I'm not wasting my time waiting for one to show up.
I think it's mostly March and February, the 'default' UY being sold before the cutoff date.Yeah don’t. I originally wanted one in my UY (April) but those are few and far between. There’s a good amount of March, June and August IIRC.
Agree.I think it's mostly March and February, the 'default' UY being sold before the cutoff date.
Yeah that makes a lot more sense since if they were selling Junes they probably would’ve sold Aprils but I don’t think they got that far before the cutoff. Forgive me, I’ve actually been pretty good about not stalking aggregators lately so my info is a little offI think it's mostly March and February, the 'default' UY being sold before the cutoff date.
What is a subsidized contract? Is it possible to find a subsidized 25 or 50 point aulani contract for resale?
What is a subsidized contract?
Wow. Does DVC try and buy up all the sub contracts they can or are they still available on the resale market? The maintenance fees are lower than non subsidized.

And the reason why https://dvcnews.com/index.php/resor...o-subsidize-aulani-dues-over-life-of-contract
Nope they do not. I just got my newest Aulani sub points all loaded up. There are a few on the market currently if you don’t need a loaded contract.Wow. Does DVC try and buy up all the sub contracts they can or are they still available on the resale market?
I’d be afraid to touch an Aulani contract right now until I know what is going on with the rush of listings….There’s a new sub on the market today but not a small one.
That's a very decent price. Where are my moneybags when I need them. There’s a new sub on the market today but not a small one.
It really is. I paid 118 from this broker and this agent not that long ago. I think the slew of contracts although not subsidized is likely the reason it's so low. That's a very decent price. Where are my moneybags when I need them.
But it's on the cheap side. There’s a new sub on the market today but not a small one.
No, no, no - DVD is having trouble selling the rest of their Aulani holdings. I doubt they want to add to it. Someone can correct me here if I'm wrong, but at 14 years, I believe Aulani is the longest active DVC resort ever.Wow. Some day Disney will ROFR up all of the AUL-S contracts, but right now the resort is about 70% sold…. and they are not in a rush because they make $$$$ on renting out the breakage and undeclared rooms. No, no, no - DVD is having trouble selling the rest of their Aulani holdings.
