I am proud that you are celebrating the loss on the scale and not beating yourself up. I am telling you, we women are so hard on ourselves. I have never heard a man be that hard on himself!!
I like Lisa's advice on your ds. You know I have had so many ups and downs with my own ds and its always a struggle. Just remember you are a great mom, and your kids know that. These are just tough years for kids. I also think that kids who are super intelligent sometimes have to grow into their intelligence and learn to channel that into something positive.
Have a great weekend, good luck on the demo job. Its good stress relief if nothing else!

But I am trying to break that habit.
I am almost scared to answer the phone today.

But I wanted to die during the actual workout. I think I might need to start getting up earlier in the a.m. to do both workouts back to back because the after work stuff is not working for me. #1, I HATE working all day, then coming home, working out, then immediately making dinner, checking homework, etc. I want to be able to relax a little in the evenings! #2, I just don't think I have as much energy in the afternoon therefore not getting as effective of a workout. So, I'll need to put some thought into this...
