I actually didn't enjoy last night's episode. I don't know.. I think I'm just so ready for the "big" episodes that these little tie-in episodes are disappointing. Although I did yell at the TV when Jack jumped off the boat.

But otherwise, it was kind of an 'eh' episode for me.

I'm still rooting for Juliet to be Jack's ex-wife, though. I'm hoping that comes up in the next episode.

I liked last night's episode. Felt like it was more of a setting up episode. No new episode next week though There airing Ab Aeterno again.

Is anyone else listening to the official lost podcast with Carlton and Damon? I just started listening to the last few and they are hilarious!! It's great to get insight about the episodes from them.

I didn't love it, but I didn't dislike the episode either. Not enough happening for me....I didn't want Jack to jump of the boat by himself...Claire still freaks me out....Sawyer is the only one who puts any emotion into his character...all the others just "there". I enjoyed the brief happy reunion between Sun and Jin. When Sun was being wheeled in on the gurney and she saw Locke and said "It's him, it's him!"....I could have sworn Locke had a smile on his face. So now we have Sun, Jin, Locke, Jack....all at the hospital together in the flash-sideways.

I think Desmond is alive...Sayid did not shoot him, but I wonder if Sayid helped pull him out of the well....or if he is still sitting down there.

The show's not over yet, so keep in mind that Sayid's story may not be finished.

If his story was over, he'd be dead. SO I know there is hope, especially after last night.

I thought it was a great episode, everything is really coming to the conclusion!

Des is definitely alive or they would have shown Sayid shoot him like the preview made it look like it would happen.

DH decided that Smokey is the good guy after the episode, but I still don't see it.

I was hoping Claire would shoot Kate!

She sounded afraid, so I assume she remembers him from the island. Since she already has her love, she can't kiss him and remember. lol

So that means Sun, Charlie, Des, Hugo, & Libby remember. Weird how it's some important characters and some that are dead! lol

Wow - pretty quiet thread today. I guess that's because last night's episode was kind of "eh". Yes, we finally got to see Sun and Jin reunited on the island. But otherwise, what happened? I think we can all agree that Sayid did not kill Desmond. Kate did yet another dumb thing by bringing Claire along on the sailboat. It looks like there's going to be a Lost convention at the hospital. That's about it. Oh, Smokey/Locke confirmed that he was Christian when Jack saw him on the island. Big whoop.

Nothing really happened but I feel like the ball is finally starting to roll. They have really dragged things out this season, almost unbearably so.

Wasn't the point of making us wait 9 months between seasons so that we could watch them without interruption? I didn't appreciate that and I definitely don't appreciate having to skip a week now!

But the thing that puzzles me about this is that supposedly Smokey can't get off the island, yet we saw Christian on the freighter giving Michael permission to go and in the hospital with Jack after he got off the island in Season 5. Who/what was Christian those times?

I read something on another site about Claire waiting until Widmore's people drop their guard and grabbing a gun. I'm thinking she is the reason the "deal is off" Claire may be an extension of MIB and went with them so she could get past the barrier. Then she could turn it off and Smokey could show up.
