Loooong wait on the phone!!

I currently have a bounceback rate at ASSp for 12/1 to 12/6. The public rate would have saved me $26 total. The hold time was 30+ minutes. I decided not to hold on.

yes, you can call back to make changes to ressies booked online. i have done that several times.

The Free Dining Plan skips the one week we were going to WDW.....
What's up with Feb 4th thru Feb 11th 2011 ???

Will WDW give me Free Dining on the days it hits, then switch me to room discount during days Free Dining is not ????

OR should I change my whole week......and get free dining the whole time ??

as long as the start of your trip is BEFORE the blackout dates, you should be able to book free dining for the entire stay. my friend did that for this DEC.

It was sooo worth the wait! We saved $1000 on our room at the Poly! But the AK9 rate didn't work. She used some other code (don't know the number) and we were able to get the savings. When I hung up the phone the counter said 1 hr 55 minutes.

1 hr 45 min and then told no discount available even though it was available online!! Agent ended up telling me to book online and they are moving my current deposit to the new reservation. Thank goodness the CM was being so nice. After almost 2 hrs on hold...no discount -but I could see it online....I thought I was going to nut!

I was on hold for 78 minutes.

1. Thank goodness I have a unlimited long distance plan.
2. Thank goodness we have speaker phone.

CM was ok, didnt know that discounts were out. Gave him the code I got from here and he said it was only for the value's. He talked to Guest services and got the right code for me. Saved us about $800.00!!

Now got to book dining in the next couple of days..

Now all circuits are busy it's saying so I can't even get through.

I need to change my resort and add another room and person if I do it all online could I call back and have them find it and not loose my ADRs that are associated with my current reservation? If I loose the ADRs it's totally not worth it.

I called this morning and was told there was a 45 minute wait. I then tried online and got our reservation for the GF for 10 days in December...that whole process took about 5 minutes. My advice is, if you can, while you are on hold try to see if you can book online!

I ended up booking new one on-line. On hold for an hour & needed to call son's dr when office opened to make sick appt. Was worried about losing dining reservation. Called that number after making dr appt. & the CM said dining reservation are separate & won't be deleted when my original room reservation is cancelled. Waiting til later to cancel my original reservation. Needed to upgrade rooms at WL doing online but saving over $600

I just got off the phone with such a super helpful CM. Unfortunately, the 40% off didn't apply to the CR (or at least not the garden wing rooms) but we did get the $500 gift card.

Now we need to decide on MVMCP.

After hanging up after 30 min and then trying again for another 25. I booked online and will call back tomorrow or the next day and cancel my first reservation. Too bad you cant modify online. I did save $68 for 3 nights at Pop at the end of November. And I did get WL for Valentine's Day!!

Does anyone know if they will credit your orginal deposit to another reservation or do they just put a credit back to the credit card?
