Got through right at 7 this morning. The CM was rude and had no idea what I was talking about. I gave him the code, he told me no. I said it is a new rate that came out, he said, "did you read the fine print, ony through Oct 2 of course you would't scroll down and read that far" I asked him to get someone else on the line his supervisor. He then told me he found the code, and then I asked him not to be so snippy and rude to me, i was just trying to get the discount for my family. He hung up on me. The call was recorded, I did the survey, and now have been on hold over an hour and 15 minutes!!
