Looking for info on Akershus

We are trying to figure out where we will dine in the world this time, and the new character dinner at Akershus was an idea, mainly because Ariel might be there. Any feedback on the food would be great:

How is it served? what is the set up? Is it buffet or preplated?

Is this a 90 day out reservation that is impossible to get?? Or do I still have a chance for July??

I just got a PS for a June 20 lunch last week, and there were a lot of available times left for both lunch and dinner on that day, so it most likely is still fairly easy to get one for July. Because it is fairly new, not a lot of people are aware of it yet.

From what I understand, there is a cold buffet, and then entrees are plated, but you can order more than one. Menu is on www.allearsnet.com.
