I know 95 degrees, and 100% humidity...nothing feels cool. That said, is there a resort that may feel cooler than the others? Doesn't matter if it's deluxe, mod, or value. Thanx for your help.

I would say Wilderness Lodge as my first choice. Northwest Moutain Lodge motif complete with Dark wood and pine trees.

And in that same line, I would choose Animal Kingdom Lodge second. It had the same designer as the Wilderness Lodge and it also is decored mostly in dark woods, this definitely gives the interior a "cooler" feel.

Hope this helps!!

Another vote for the Wilderness Lodge. The AC is in the lobby area and hallways are almost to cold.

We were at the park in October and it was 100 everyday. When we went back to the hotel it was nice and cool. I have been to both the Wilderness and the AKL and I prefer the AKL. The pool is larger and the hotel has a more open and cool feel to it. I love the bar overlooking Boma. It was a great place to relax at night after a hot day at the parks:jester:

Thanx! We really enjoy the WL, however, we might want to look at AKL...if the price is right. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding a "cool" moderate in August?
