funny story about Cinco de Mayo -

I go into induced labor 5/3 at 8 am because my kidneys are starting to fail and dr says that is it! I had been on bedrest for over a month. Nicolas was almost 37 weeks at that point.

Well - at 1:00 am 5/4 they decided to do a c-section because he was showing signs of stress (I managed to go naturally within 20 minutes out of fear! :lmao: but that was beside the point).

CARLOS ACTUALLY ASKED ME IF I COULD HOLD OUT ANOTHER 23 HOURS so he'd have a MAY 5th bday. :confused3 :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao:
Needless to say, I smacked him. :lmao:

Renee, I think Carlos would get along well with Jeff! Ally was born on March 31st - I wanted to hold out until April 1st so I could get a diamond for my mothers ring, but Jeff didn't want an April Fools baby, so he told the dr to hurry up to save him money on a mothers ring!!!! :rotfl2: MEN!!!

Yes - I could see Carlos doing that too. He thinks Jeff is "cool" because he works with cars. :rotfl:

How into cars is my husband? He loves to car shop, loves to buy them, loves to clean them. He can't figure out how to put windshield wiper fluid in his - even after reading the manual mind you- or how to jump it off. He can find the positive, but not the negative. I told him I don't think BMWs were made to be jumping off peoples cars. :rotfl:

Never forget the time in college when my car battery died and the hottest guy on campus gave me a jump start - he was actually a good friend of mine, football player, but just a friend. I came home from class and told my roommate that Gary "jumped me." :rotfl2: In my dreams I guess....

It's funny that Jeff has pretty much always worked with cars, but knows nothing mechanical. Spent 6 years at Enterprise, then 2 years working for a car finance company, then 3 years with the auction. Each time he was recruited out of his job, but it's funny how he's stayed in the same industry. He THINKS he knows about cars, but he's really clueless. About all he knows is what they are valued at....

4 glasses of water down, 50 calories burned on elliptical.... 400 calories consumed today.....

Curiousity was killing me. I had a delayed positive to one of the testing areas. They told me before I left it might happen. I wouldn't have called them but it looked bigger than the one I am labeled as allergic to -so called them. YEAH, stupid weed mix. Ragweed primarily.

They changed my April - July meds from April until first hard frost. :headache: But hey - that makes more sense -

Renee- I agree with Kara keep Le Cellier it is Yummy, ditch 1900PF 'Ohana for BF isn't so great but I think you said Nicolas loves Stitch? CP is good ,but Cosmic Rays is a CS and the meals are large enough to split and you can def. do them for dinner.

Kara- Woo Hoo keep it up! As for helping weight Loss dairy helps low fat of course, but it does yogurt Skim milk etc... I ate yogurt twice a day as a snack and was dropping weight like crazy

Okay, I'm still working on my ADRs... I know, I know.... But I'm getting there.

two questions:
1. Would you rather have LUNCH at Le Cellier at 11:30 prior to dinner at 5:30 at either Ohana or Tutto's? Keep in mind after lunch, we'll be taking a nap before dinner. OR... would you say to drop one of those dinners - that is another level I guess.

2. I was going to say should I cancel the Arkushurshananas :rotfl2: but I feel horrible doing that. Mia LOVES princesses. SHE LOVES them. She has to go to that.

Keep Akershus and do Le Cellier the same day you do Tutto. Because Le Cellier is a steak house, I think you get a lot of red meat at Ohana, too, so might want to not do on the same day.

Akershus really is good for her if she loves princesses.

Jillian - I do a lot of yogurt, usually one a day, plus cheerios for breakfast with skim milk. I love milk so that's never a problem for me.

yes, little man must eat with Stitch or my head will explode from hearing about it. He was so wanting to do that last trip and we didn't, so that is the big birthday wish this year.

Now Jillian, you can't tell me to drop 1900 - you were the reason I booked it! :rotfl:

OOoooooh. Good one about Cosmic Rays. And you are right, easily could share there. :woohoo:

CP was good, but Nicolas isn't that into Pooh & neither is Mia. Only reason to do it BF would be early park entry. Then again - would we pay $60 for that opportunity. Not really.

SEE you girls rock! :lovestruc

Okay, I think I can handle two OOP bfasts. Here is what I have...(and it would be only 1 OOP if I end up ditching 1900 PF :confused3 )

Arrrival
bf - home
l - airport
d - boma

day 2
bf - tusker
l - cs (pizzafari)
d - 1900 PF or CS somewhere - maybe Epcot!

day 3
bf - ohana
l - cs (pizza planet, God help me)
d - trex (Earl is backup if chicken little won't do it)

day 4
bf - in room (bringing suitcase of breakfast foods, stock fridge with milk)
l - cs - Cosmic Rays
d - San Angels

day 5
bf - room
l - Le Cellier
d - Tutto's

day 6
bf - Princess Breakfast (I can't remeber that name to save my life  )
l - Tangeriene
d - Ohana

day 7
bf - room
l - pecos (CS)
d - CS wherever we are

day 8
bf - room
l - cs

what about that? Puts us OOP for Trex and 2 Bfast meals only.

Maybe I should let that CM dinner reservation that night sit for a while until we get closer. I have actually heard similar things about the parent company but didn't know they were under them....

I'm glad you told me. It actually adds less stress for me. TRex - I think Nicolas will HATE it but he is hearing NOTHING of that. Mia - she doesn't do loud. I have yet to get that child to watch fireworks and wonder if we'll be able to do them with her this year. SO.. there are two really big problems there.

Well - 3. Carlos will crap a brick when he sees their prices! :rotfl2:

I know this is probably evil - but would I be a bad mom to suggest we could eat a sandwich first at Earl and he could make a dinosaur there OR go shop for a special toy, or he could just eat his whole meal there and get no toy that day because it is a pricey dinner?

I THINK he'd pick the option that gets him a toy. He'll have $$ from Disney for his birthday too. (shhhhhh.... don't tell him that!):)

Man -that predasone takes a while to kick in, but when it does you feel like you will crawl out of your skin!

WELL, Well. I just offered him a toy not to eat there. :rotfl2:

Seriously, I told him that we could see what he wanted to do, but if he wanted to eat somewhere cheaper and get a sandwich, he'd have a lot of money left over and he could use that for a toy. GUESS WHAT HE PICKED?

I thought we could go into Trex for a dessert if it seemed like that big of a deal for him, but I think he'd have more fun buying a special toy somewhere. :thumbsup2

He did okay at Rainforest. Mia was younger then, but I bet she would be okay except for the noise. They have that spike dinosaur and love it (Mia more than Nicolas) but Nicolas just went to the Science museum and wouldn't GO NEAR the dinosaur exibit and they didn't move. Bless his little heart.

Nicolas is watching Tom & Jerry for the first time - one of my favs as a kid. The is doing one deep belly laugh after the other. It is so stinking cute! I just love this moment!!!!!:goodvibes

Yup, I think you did the right thing. If he doesn't like the dinos that do NOT move and roar, I don't think he'd like T-rex at all.

Ally is begging me to go get HSM3 since it came out on DVD today. She got 2 A's and 3 B's on her interim report card, and she brought her math grade UP to an A. So that's good. I told her if she gets good behavior every day maybe we'll get it this weekend. I hate to just rush out and buy it for her without making her "earn" it, ya know? I spoil her too much as it is.

Okay, someone set me straight. I'm having an I feel like the suckiest mom in the world moment.

1. We are eating breakfast with Stitch on his birthday - big deal to him!
2. He'll want Pizza planet for lunch again - he LOVED that place. Living H*ll for me, but he loved it.
3. If we do Earl here - where do I fit in cake?

Does that make me suck officially as a mom? Or should I make him go to CM even though he doesn't want to because I know they'll give him birthday treatment (but that cupcake there sucked last year compaired to other places).

What about goofy's candy company - could we get a cupcake there for him? I'd like to stick to DTD that evening because I think he would really enjoy seeing that area - and shopping for his toy. ;)
