Looking for a Disney Book - Please Help

A couple years ago there was a link to a book on the website that was for kids. It was a scrapbook kind of thing that you filled out regarding a Disney vacation. I sent the link along to a friend and now she wants to order it again. Does anyone know what book I am talking about and where I can get it?
