I have stayed at the Dolphin many times on Marriott points. Somehow I still had a bill for $100+ per night with all ancillary charges.
I could run a hotel for $0 a night and make money.
All I’d need to do is charge $10 key fee every time someone unlocked the door. $15 fee every time someone turned on a light. Sit on the sofa… that will be $2. And my favorite, $20 every time someone flushed.
