That is cool! I met Lauri on AOL personals! I had just recently moved to Richmond, Va from living most of my life in Georgia and was trying to figure out the best way to meet someone. Lauri had just gotten out of a bad marriage and her friends were pestering her to start dating and the rest was history. We were married 9 months after our first date and we have been married 7 yrs this November. Hope you have the same kind of luck that we did.

I think we both are. Like I said earlier I got an e-mail from her about 3:30 saying that she is looking forward to us getting together.

Hi all,

Well everything is set and she is coming over at 6 pm on Saturday. I will get home from the family reunion at 5ish which will give me plenty of time to shower, get everything ready, start cooking and stuff like that so when she gets to my place it will all be ready.

I just got off the phone with her 20 minutes ago and she is really really excited about coming over for dinner and a movie.

The only bad thing is that I have not started any cleaning yet so come friday I will have to:

vacume, mop and clean the kitchen, and bathroom, wash clothes, dust, etc.

Disney Hot Mama,

Sorry about that and yes you have. She came over to my place last Saturday for dinner 5/6 (I cooked for her) and we went out on Thursday 5/11 to see MI:3 that lets just say they both went very well . Because of me helping my brother move yesterday and this being mothers day and her spending the day with family we couldn't plan anything for this weekend. This is why we have two dates planned for next weeken (Fri and Sun) .

I forgot some other big news, she gave me permission to book a weekend trip over Labor Day (I know far away, but with our schedules it has to be done this way) weekend. 9/2-9/4 we are going to a resort type area in Wisconsin called the Wisconsin Dells. I am very excited about this.
