Congratulations, Jason, on such a great date!!!!! Sounds like it was wonderful. I also met my husband online in a weird freakish way I was a very scared nilly willy and took him 7 months to convince me of a date, lol, and our first date lasted 10 days. A year later to the day we were married.

I wish you continued success in your new found relationship and hope it goes wonderful. Bring her here so we can "test" her

I have been following your date stuff and I am so happy for a local boy (who just seems so sweet) did good! What a great first date! Dh and I had our first date at the Shedd and then Leona's..it went on all day also (but he was obnoxious to me in a bar not so much..but he was funny and not my type at all-Now I think he is beautiful)

Now both flowers are beautiful and any girl would be lucky to get them...but is seems to me they would be even luckier to get them from you!

Thanks. This date couldn't have gone any more perfect if we tried and the cool thing is that we both feel the same way. I'm waiting for her e-mail this morning with her work address so I can send her the dozen white roses for delivery on Tuesday.

Well this is what I ended up sending her and she got it today.

She called me right away after it got to her office and she just loved it.

On Saturday we are going to see Mission Impossible 3 and then she is coming over to my place so I can make her dinner. Sunday afternoon we are also getting together, but haven't decided what we are going to do yet.

wow, your relationship sounds a lot like my boyfriend's and mine. we started talking over im, then came the phone, then i asked him on a date and we finally got to go on it when he had a break from school and i had reading days (it was almost exactly a month after we first started talking over im). we decided right after our first date that we were going to be exclusive. it's been 2 years now.

although, i'm jealous that you are sending her flowers. that is so romantic. my boyfriend never did that (or never does now). haha.

Since she liked them that's all I care about. She did tell me that with the flower yesterday and the flowers today that I don't need to give her flowers for a while. She wasn't saying that she didn't want flowers, she just wanted to let me know that I had done good.

We ran into each other again in August 21st. He asked me out again, I accepted. We got engaged in October and married in February. We did not know each other before dating, but had mutual friends. We celebrated our 13th anniversary this year.
