Hi nymets, Can you give me some of the DL details? Are you using points or cash. How much if that is not too tacky. How many days....We are going to be looking into a DL trip on of these days and would like to know what we are gettting into.

Hi Kerri,
The school calender is:
Feb. 2009 break is 15th to the 21st
and April 4th to the 13th.
Both include the weekends.
We are going to go on March 22-29 trying to just skirt the Easter crowds. But being able to catch some nice weather as well.

Did you have the same breaks as sayville this yr..
thurs, fri, mon tues of easter....

and did you have last week off also.

also might do a surprise "stop in" for a few days at the end of august to visit my parents, brother & his family at the BWVs ~ 2bdrm (my 8yo & 13yo nephews are begging me to go, they actually pooled all the money in their piggy banks, saving leftover lunch money, etc....hoping that they can save enough to pay for my airfare lol)

We are using points. Staying at the Grand California Concerige level. We are staying for 1 week. You really only need 5 days to do the Disney parks. Since this is our second tatrip out there we want to do some side trips to LA If you have any question feel free to ask.

Franklin Square here We are going 8/31 - 9/05. My son says we are doing our last kid off to college dance Whoo Hoo. Staying at the AKV and then the BCV. Can't wait to try them both.

We are using points. Staying at the Grand California Concerige level. We are staying for 1 week. You really only need 5 days to do the Disney parks. Since this is our second tatrip out there we want to do some side trips to LA If you have any question feel free to ask.

You have to do the early morning power walk while staying at the GC. It was so great. Guests staying here can go into the park early for a powerwalk. There were only four of us on this walk with the CM. It was not differcult at all. Then don't forget that you can get in the park 1/2 hour early to ride soaring. This was not advertised anywhere but I read it here and sure enough we were the first into the parks and had front seats for the ride. Rode twice before the park was opened. Enjoy.
