Hi, I see they now have a whole stuffed lobster at The Coral Reef. Does anyone know when this was added? Also, if you had it was it a nice size and how was it? TIA :)

I asked this same question a couple of days ago here and never got a response. I hope you will get some information. I'm thinking about making an ADR just for the lobster :)

I saw a picture of it and it looks like a chicken lobster or slightly larger, with stuffing (probably 1- 1 1/4 lbs). There is a pic here on Disney Food Blog.

Basically your standard restaurant lobster. I never really see much bigger than that outside of new england and honestly much bigger than that and they get tough.
I had it in December and agree with this. I'm from Cape Cod......this was decent. The stuffing was too salty but it was as good as I've had outside of New England.

I'm a NYC transplant living in NE now and it's funny...
I almost booked the plaza breakfast because I'm all LOBSTER EGGS BENEDICT YUM until I realized whenever I go out for breakfast at the Black Dog Tavern that's what I have. And I almost booked the Coral Reef just for the lobster but then again I remembered... I can go get one steamed right now if I wanted to and for a lot less than $40. I will probably end up ordering the scallops at Flying Fish even though I just had cape cod bay scallops for new year's though. I still get so excited for seafood and forget how easy it is to get here (Though not as cheap as you'd hope!)

I pop the Cape Bay's in my mouth raw. Sweet as candy. Can't beat them!

Have you had the Hokkaido Scallops before? Tasty but I prefer the ones caught in your back yard from Georges Bank. When fresh and not soaked in Phosphates they're the best in the World.

You're not kidding about the price of seafood on the Cape. We have a home in central Massachusetts and often buy lobsters and other fish and bring it TO our house on the cape! The exception would be picking mussels off the beach in Chatham. Once you've paid for the shellfishing license you cant beat free!

...Stop and Shop's and Pathmark's steamed on request at the supermarket lobsters are a form of heaven for us when we camp in CT, and it bettah cost less than 40 bucks for a chicken lobby;). Somehow during our recent adults only trip we ate way more shellfish and whole fish than any other protein...."bootiful" and I actually lost weight this trip despite being a total glutton.
